Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it.

Return conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging
• You have a valid proof of purchase (order confirmation)
• Returns must be requested via retouren@lebutin8.com

Refunds: Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Exceptions:

• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned
• Sale items are excluded from returns
